		<description>First thought: Maybe they just didn't know, or didn't have common sense, so they thought 1 sen rounding also applies to (online, digital) bank transactions.
Second thought: Maybe they are just *greedy*. So it's the customer's job to actually correct this. Sigh.

&lt;strong&gt;Mr Beagle&lt;/strong&gt;: I think they are just doing it for convenience sake. Otherwise it will cause more hassle for the system programmers and also the accounting staff.</description>
